1. Our service
Keepsake PuzzleWorks is a brand of Stand Up 8 Diversified LLC. These terms cover our puzzle game, picture previews and content submitted for our services. Please use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
The workshop begins with a local artwork view. Request actual supplier proofs and review the confirmed price and shipping before purchasing. A preview request alone is not a paid order.
2. Your pictures and permissions
You retain your rights in your pictures. You must own them or have permission for the intended use, including printing and sharing with a fulfillment partner. Obtain any necessary permission from the photographer, rights holder and people depicted. An image found online, a screenshot, fan art or AI output is not automatically cleared for commercial use. We may request evidence or decline material with uncertain rights.
3. Content we cannot accept
Do not submit child sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors; nonconsensual intimate imagery; unlawful or obscene content; targeted harassment or threats; content promoting hate-based violence, terrorism or self-harm; harmful misinformation; infringement; or confidential information you are not authorized to share. These restrictions apply to photographs, illustrations, text and AI-generated imagery.
4. Adult imagery and artistic nudity
Artistic nudity is not automatically approved. Do not submit intimate imagery through this preview or by email; contact us with a non-graphic description first. Any proposed adult nude or sexually explicit design requires written confirmation for the specific product and print provider before a printing submission or purchase can proceed. We may decline it. This review requirement is PuzzleWorks’ policy, not a promise that Printify accepts it.
Printify’s published guidance names CatPrint, Sensaria and Taylor as unable to print nudity or explicit content. Other providers may also restrict it. Printify can reject material under its own policies. Acceptance by one provider does not establish approval by another, including after rerouting.
If PrintKK is offered as a fulfillment option in the future, its published upload rules prohibit nudity and sexually explicit material. We will not route nude artwork to PrintKK under those rules. No artistic or AI-generated exception has been confirmed.
5. Local preview versus production
The game and initial workshop layout process selected pictures on your device. Requesting a supplier preview transmits your prepared picture to the print supplier and creates a saved preview record. End the photo session or clear the workshop picture to remove it from the active preview. This is not a guarantee of deletion from browser caches, backups or your device.
Supplier preview requests and paid orders share the prepared artwork with fulfillment partners. The workshop explains this sharing before you request a supplier preview. Supplier personnel may review artwork. Printify’s terms include content-use permissions for operating and promoting its service; we cannot promise machine-only review, exclusive manufacturing use or immediate supplier deletion.
6. Orders, changes and support
A successful preview is not content approval. Review product details, supplier proofs, total charges and shipping before purchase. Contact support for cancellation, refund or defect assistance. Do not rely on the preview as a production guarantee. Nothing in these terms removes applicable consumer rights.
